Polyacrylamide potassium salt KPAM

　　This product is a white or light yellow powder,which is a derivative of carboxy potassium polyacrylamide.It is a strong inhibitor of shale dispersant,has the function of controlling formation mud making,and also has functions such as reducing water loss,improving flow pattern,and increasing lubricity.

　　Performance characteristics

　　The compatibility between polyacrylamide potassium salt and various polyacrylamide mud treatment agents is good.He can be used in polymer non dispersed mud systems with different densities and dispersed mud systems.He has excellent performance in freshwater mud and can also fully demonstrate its effectiveness in saturated saline mud.It can be directly added to various water-based drilling fluid systems,and the dosage in the mud can be determined as needed,generally ranging from 0.1%to 0.6%(volume/mass).

　　Product application

　　Before adding mud,prepare the powdered potassium polyacrylate into a relatively dilute aqueous solution,usually 0.5%-1%.Do not directly pour the dry powder into the mud pit.When preparing potassium polyacrylate aqueous solution,slowly add dry powder to thoroughly stirred water and continue stirring until completely dissolved.

　　Packaging and storage

　　This product is packaged in"three in one"bags,lined with polyethylene film bags,with a net weight of 25kg per bag;

　　Store in a cool,dry,and ventilated place.

　　Avoid contact with eyes,skin,and clothing,otherwise rinse with plenty of water;

　　Stay away from sources of fire.
