　　The SD-801 drilling plugging agent produced by our factory is a composite material composed of more than ten types of polymer materials,including wood wool,sodium alginate,polyacrylate,expansion powder,etc.It can undergo cross-linking and maturation reactions when exposed to water,giving it a certain viscosity,power,and strong adhesion.It can form a network structure and instantly form a plugging body,which has good elasticity,adhesion,toughness,water resistance,and certain wet strength.It can quickly and reliably block the leakage channel and is currently one of the more advanced plugging products in the market.

　　Product application

　　1.Based on the situation inside the well,especially the parameters related to leakage,such as the size and shape of the leakage channel,leakage amount,groundwater activity,dynamic and static water levels,etc.

　　2.In general,use clear water to deepen the plugging agent,wait for it to dissolve and disperse,and then mix it evenly with the drilling fluid before use.If the dosage is small(usually 1-2%),the dry powder of the plugging agent can also be directly added to the drilling fluid,but it should be thoroughly stirred and evenly mixed.

　　3.It is best to use a single pipe drilling tool when transporting plugging fluid with a pump to avoid clogging the drill bit.

　　4.When drilling with a rope core for plugging,after the plugging slurry is sent into the hole,the ordinary drilling method is used to drill for a period of time before changing the rope.When drilling with a core,the flushing fluid can be circulated for a period of time before releasing the inner pipe.

　　Packaging and storage

　　This product is packaged in double layers of inner plastic and outer weaving,with a net weight of 25 kilograms per piece.When storing,it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse.When stacking,an isolation frame should be placed at least 20cm above the ground to prevent moisture and clumping.
