Henan Ocean Chemical learned at the end of November 2020 that the mud pit waste,which used to be a headache for drilling teams,can now be mass-produced into high-quality bricks at brick factories,and the mud waste no longer needs to be pulled to the yard for stacking.With the completion of the last link in the mud industrialization chain of Shengli Yellow River Drilling Company-the resource utilization of mud waste,the environmental protection mud industrialization chain of Shengli Petroleum Engineering Company has initially taken shape.
It is understood that during the drilling construction process,the mud pit used to be solidified and had to be transported to the storage yard for stacking,occupying a large amount of space and posing certain environmental risks.The realization of resource utilization of mud waste can easily solve these problems and create certain benefits.
It is understood that as early as the strictest Environmental Protection Law in history came into effect at the beginning of this year,Shengli Petroleum Engineering Company formulated a plan for the standardized treatment and industrialization of drilling fluid and solid waste,striving to form a comprehensive management industry chain of"drilling fluid product and system research and development,drilling and treatment equipment manufacturing,drilling fluid recycling,and comprehensive disposal of solid waste",and achieve clean production.
The development plan mainly includes the development and manufacturing of environmentally friendly drilling fluid products,the manufacturing of drilling treatment equipment,the recycling of drilling fluid,and the industrialization of comprehensive utilization of solid waste.
The early stage of this plan is led by the Operation and Management Department,Technical Equipment Department,and other departments of Shengli Petroleum Engineering Company.The Yellow River Drilling Company,Bohai Drilling Company,Drilling Engineering Technology Company,Drilling Institute and other units actively participate,including registering and establishing an environmental protection professional company,formulating relevant management systems for"drilling fluid and solid waste standard treatment",establishing an industrialization incentive mechanism,formulating maintenance and management measures for recycled drilling fluid,and a regional network adjustment management platform for drilling fluid.Sixteen environmental protection industrialization works are currently in operation.It is expected to achieve the supporting scale of 8 sets of mobile drilling fluid and solid waste harmless treatment devices this year,and achieve the standard treatment of drilling fluid and solid waste in 50 wells.
So far,environmentally friendly mud drugs have been selected from the existing drilling fluid treatment agents at the source of the mud,and the drilling team has promoted the use of drilling fluid treatment technology during the drilling process.Finally,the remaining solidified waste is utilized as resources through methods such as making building bricks.The pace of the industrialization chain of environmentally friendly mud is constantly accelerating.
At the same time,the Drilling Institute,Yellow River Drilling Company,and Bohai Drilling Company have been conducting relevant research and development experiments in their respective subsidiaries since 2013,each developing experimental models.The Yellow River Drilling Company has currently conducted research and development experiments on environmentally friendly mud systems in more than 20 wells.In the first half of the year,the cumulative reduction in drilling fluid solid waste emissions from construction wells was about 4300 cubic meters,and the reduction in waste drilling fluid emissions was about 2000 cubic meters.
Due to its recyclability,the cost of mud materials for a well can be saved by more than 20000 yuan,and a significant portion of mud waste transportation costs can also be saved.Many drilling team leaders have tasted the sweetness of this.They predict that in the near future,it will become a norm for drilling teams to no longer dig mud pits next to them.
