  Organosilicon viscosity reducer is a reactant of organosilicon fluoropolymer,hydrolyzed polyacrylonitrile,and humic acid.

  Performance characteristics

  As a drilling fluid viscosity reducer,it has a good viscosity reducing effect and also has certain inhibitory effects on collapse prevention,lubrication,and defoaming;

  Temperature resistance up to 230℃,suitable for deep well high-temperature,high solid phase,high-density drilling fluids;

  It has the characteristics of low dosage,good compatibility,long maintenance and treatment period,non-toxic,and pollution-free.

  Product application

  This product is suitable for non dispersed polymer drilling fluids,dispersed drilling fluids,organic silicon drilling fluids,etc.Its ability to resist high temperatures and stabilize drilling fluid performance at high temperatures is superior to traditional organic silicon treatment agents,and it is easy to maintain and has a long maintenance cycle.

  Recommended dosage:0.5%-1.5%of the total amount of base slurry.

  Packaging and storage

  Plastic drum packaging,with a net weight of 200kg per drum;

  Store in a cool and dry place,avoiding direct sunlight exposure;

  The storage period is six months,and it is transported as a general item.
