Defoamer (XP-186)

　　The defoamer XP-186 is a highly efficient defoamer composed of various mineral oils,surfactants,and silicone oil systems.

　　Performance characteristics

　　In the pulping process,lignin and salts in the solution are the main sources of foam.They come into contact with air and can form strong surface tension and foam on the surface of the solution.Because this product contains surfactant and mineral oil that can reduce the surface tension of solution,it can significantly reduce the contact area between solution and air,quickly and effectively reduce the surface tension of liquid,destroy the tension balance formed by lignin and salt on the solution surface,achieve defoaming effect in a very short time,inhibit the regeneration of foam,and reduce the friction during drilling.

　　Product application

　　This product is suitable for drilling mud defoaming in drilling fluids containing fresh water,seawater,saltwater,and saturated saltwater.Not only can it be used alone,but it can also be used in combination with other types of additives,making it convenient to use,safe and reliable,non-toxic,odorless,non corrosive,and environmentally friendly.

　　Recommended dosage:0.1%-0.5%of the total amount of base slurry.

　　Packaging and storage

　　Plastic drum packaging,with a net weight of 200kg per drum;

　　Store in a cool and dry place,avoiding direct sunlight exposure;

　　The storage period is six months,and it is transported as a general item.
