Details Introduction

  CMS is formed by the hydration of carboxymethyl starch through alkalization and etherification.It has excellent resistance to saturated salt water,strong calcium resistance,and excellent water loss reduction effect.It can reduce water loss to less than 2ml,effectively avoiding the increase in drilling fluid water loss caused by cement pollution and calcium ion pollution.Due to the wide range of raw material sources and particularly low prices,it is particularly suitable for low-cost drilling.The product has a good effect when used in combination with fungicides.

  Performance characteristics

  ①It has a good filtration loss reduction effect and can resist salt to saturation.

  ②Low price,especially suitable for low-cost drilling.

  ③Temperature resistant starch can withstand 130℃and is suitable for use in saltwater drilling fluids.

  Product application

  This product can be directly applied to various water-based drilling fluid systems.It can be used in combination with various treatment agents,with a recommended dosage of 1-3%.

  Packaging and storage

  This product is packaged in three in one bags,lined with polyethylene film bags,with a net weight of 25 kilograms per bag;

  Store in a cool,dry,and ventilated place.
