Sulfonated phenolic resin (SMP-I, II)

　　Sulfonated phenolic resin is an anionic water-soluble polyelectrolyte,which is a temperature resistant and salt resistant drilling fluid loss reducer.When used in conjunction with sulfonated lignite,sulfonated tannins,and sulfonated asphalt,the"three sulfonation"mud system can be configured,making it one of the ideal high-temperature deep well mud systems.

　　Performance characteristics

　　SMP sulfonated phenolic resin introduces sulfonic acid groups into the benzene ring unit,and the benzene rings are connected by carbon atoms.Capable of withstanding high temperatures.Furthermore,due to the introduction of sodium sulfonate-SO3Na into the ortho para position of the phenyl hydroxyl group,it has a strong hydration effect and a high bonding energy with water,thus solving its water solubility and determining its salt resistance,calcium resistance,and ability to reduce high temperature and high pressure water loss.

　　Product application

　　Sulfonated phenolic resin,as a deep well mud treatment agent,has good properties such as high temperature and high pressure water loss reduction,salt resistance,calcium resistance,and reduced mud cake friction coefficient.It plays an important role in consolidating the wellbore wall,preventing collapse,and preventing jamming.Suggest adding 1-3%.

　　Packaging and storage

　　This product is packaged in"three in one"bags,lined with polyethylene film bags,with a net weight of 25kg per bag;

　　Store in a cool,dry,and ventilated place;

　　Avoid contact with eyes,skin,and clothing,otherwise rinse with plenty of water;

　　Stay away from sources of fire.
